Cancellation Policy
At Opal, we value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or modify your booking. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation without any penalty if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your booking. This allows us to accommodate other customers who may be interested in the same service.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your booking, will be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will depend on the type and duration of the service you have booked.
These fees are necessary to cover the costs incurred in preparing for your appointment and compensating our service providers who rely on these bookings for their livelihood.
4. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your booking without prior cancellation or notification, you will be deemed a no-show. In such cases, you will be charged the full amount of the booking and no refunds or rescheduling options will be available.
